Halloween in the Office

The day of Halloween, I put together a DisneyBound inspired Lularoe outfit for work.  My Snow White look was comprised of a color-block Classic Tee and Maxi Skirt.  I added a bow to my red headband and red lipstick to finish the look.  I was comfy and festive all day!

My lip look was a mix of MAC Cosmetics Head in the Clouds lipstick and Rimmel London True Red lip pencil.  When paired together, these products last almost all day!

The morning of Halloween was foggy in our neighborhood.  How spooky is that?!

I am 99% sure I am a Disney Princess.

One of my favorite co-workers and I made the perfect princess duo!  She paired a pair of mermaid leggings from China with a purple Lularoe Irma and seashell jewelry.

Just look at our princess waves!

We didn't win a prize in the costume contest but we were still happy with our costumes!

Halloween Party!

To celebrate Halloween, J and I dressed up and headed to our friend's Halloween party.  It was the first time in a while that we wore elaborate costumes and it was a blast!  I chose Wonder Woman and her love interest Steve because I thought the pictures would be adorable.

I purchased this costume second-hand from a user on Poshmark.  It arrived quickly and in great shape!  I don't like things around my neck so I tucked the cape into the dress instead.  I slipped the boot covers over a pair of black pumps and secured them with glue dots.

J's costume was purchased from Goodwill and we added military pins from the local costume shop.  To finish his look, he pulled out the white tie from our wedding.  I do love my man in a "uniform."

At the party, our friend set up a spooky photobooth for everyone to enjoy.

Happy (almost) Halloween!

Pumpkin Patch Fun

Unfortunately for us Floridians, we don't really get to enjoy a true fall season.  However, I like to pretend by dressing up and going to a local pumpkin patch.  This year, we found one that donated all of the proceeds to a camp for deaf children.  How amazing is that?

The patch was adorably decorated and I had the hardest time choosing just one pumpkin to love.

J was a great sport and even though he is not a fan of pictures, he provided some lovely smiles and didn't complain.  Isn't he handsome?

The hay "maze" was clearly made for children however, J and made our way through giggling the entire time!

J pouted when I told him that his head didn't fit!

Just hanging out with some Peanuts characters while trying to pick a pumpkin to adopt.

Why yes my friends, I did fall off...

I purchased this Lularoe Amelia dress during a scratch and dent sale where the consultant sold damaged items for a discount.  The dress has some discoloration on the chest that was easily hidden by my scarf.  The color is also perfect for fall and spring!

We met a lovely lady who let us borrow her fall decor and snapped a few couples pictures for us.

And yes, in addition to our large pumpkin, we also left with this mini Mario mushroom gourd.

Office Pumpkin Contest

For the office pumpkin carving contest, my department decided to create our own Nemo Pumpkin!  We painted a large pumpkin and used scraps from a different pumpkin for his fins.  I did most of the painting and I am SO proud of our Nemo!
