Since I first heard that Disney was filming a live action version of Cinderella, I started counting down the days.  I loved Cinderella as a child and her story still remains one of my favorite Disney tales.

Tsum Tsum Cindy and I were excited to wear the MAC limited edition Cinderella lipstick in Royal Ball, which I had been saving to wear for the movie.

I found the perfect Cinderella blue at Target from Sally Hansen and this amazing dress is from JC Penny's.

I purchased a new dress at JC Penny's but I had a hard time picking a pair of shoes.  I finally decided on my wedding shoes because Cinderella would have approved.

When we picked up our IMAX tickets, they gave me a limited edition IMAX poster!

How glamorous are Cinderella's step-sisters?

We were the first people in the theater so I was able to sit exactly where I wanted!

Cinderella is proof that a pair of shoes can change your life!

Just a quick selfie before the movie started with my Prince Charming.

Cindy and I loved the movie and it was incredible in IMAX.  Special thank you to J for making everything so wonderful!

It was a perfect night at the royal ball!

Surprise for my Little

They always say that sororities are not for four years but for life.  While I wish that was true, after graduation it is more difficult to stay in touch with your sisters.  My little and I used to be very close but life got the best of us and we don't talk often.  To show her that I miss her, I put together a tiny package of goodies.

Red and white were are sorority colors but I was planning to go for a pink and green theme.  That is until I smelled A Thousand Wishes at Bath and Body Works!  I picked up travel sizes of the lotion and shower gel.

I ordered pictures from Snapfish of all of college adventures from reveal to Kentucky Derby socials.  I ended the book with a cute big little quote.

I put all of the pictures in a little book that I found at Michael's.  I was so happy to find a pattern with red!

Next I added these adorable earrings from Charming Charlies.

Sticking with the red theme, I included a bottle of nail polish and a pack of Skittles.

I packed the box with red paper confetti and everything fit nicely into a small USPS Flat Rate Box.

Aurora the Baby Chick

Today at work, one of our substitute teachers brought in her baby chickens to share with the class.  I named this one Aurora because it kept falling asleep in my hands!

I just love baby animals!

Evening at Magic Kingdom

After spending the afternoon at Hollywood Studios, J and I hoped on the ferryboat because nighttime in the Magic Kingdom is simply magical!

The castle glows and moon shines bright.  It is almost like being in a fairytale.

Afternoon at Hollywood Studios

Spring is a wonderful time to plan a weekday trip to Walt Disney World!  We chose a Monday that we were both off and headed down to Hollywood Studios.

The hat was almost completely down and I loved the new view.

Unfortunately, the park was scheduled to close early for a private event.  Apparently the company that built this helicopter rented the Streets of America for a company banquet.  Talk about dining in style!

I was unable to see Cinderella's Golden Carriage because of the event so I was very disappointed.  To cheer me up, J bought me a Mickey Ice Cream Bar and it was amazing!

Next we headed to meet one of my new favorite characters, Baymax!  Unfortunately, the meet and greet closed shortly before we arrived and I was devastated... But I was able to snap a few pictures of the adorable robot.

When we left Baymax, the sun had begun to set and created a beautiful glow.

Before arriving at Disney, J and I made a quick stop at the Florida Mall where I picked up some goodies from Lush and a Cinderella Tsum Tsum.  Cindy spent the day with us in the parks and loved the sneak preview of her newest movie.

Shortly before Hollywood Studios closed, J and I decided to head to the Magic Kingdom
