Weekend with Olaf

My students know my complete obsession for Frozen so one of them brought in her new stuffed Olaf to show me.  During the day, she left him at my desk to keep me company.

Luckily for me, she forgot Olaf at school so I took him home for the weekend.

He met Maddie when we first arrived home and the two quickly became friends.  To learn more about my blind cat, visit her blog here

That night, Olaf and I watched beauty videos on YouTube.  His favorite was an essiebutton haul!

The next morning he helped me get ready and he became obsessed with my Olaf mirror.

We spent the morning shopping for Christmas presents.  To see what is inside my Artsy Abode bag, visit here.

That afternoon Olaf played with leaves in the backyard.  His favorite was this giant brown and orange leaf.

On Sunday, Olaf played video games with his new friends.  Elsa introduced him to Magic the Vinylmation and Michelangelo the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

That night, Olaf, Tigger, Alice, Queen of Hearts, and Cheshire Cat had one last sleepover.  They were sad to say goodbye to their friend however, Olaf was looking forward to going home.

Office Pumpkin Contest

For the office pumpkin carving contest, my department decided to create our own Nemo Pumpkin!  We painted a large pumpkin and used scraps from a different pumpkin for his fins.  I did most of the painting and I am SO proud of our Nemo!
